Location was great too as it was really close to some really good restaurants and a country produce shop for farm-fresh products and Lidl supermarket was an 10 min walk from the house. Nathan was a great host to anticipate lots of our needs and for being so accommodating!

Lovely breakfast served daily, the rooms were spacious enough and clean, with this lovely rustic charm. There are ponies too (outside of course)! Incredible location, so easy to get around Cornwall, whether you're sightseeing or just need to get to the nearby towns, you won't be disappointed. Spent acouple of hours by the fire with the rain crashing on the windows, looking out over superb views. (Unfortunately got up just a bit late next morning to see the barn owl hunting over the grounds). Breakfast had to be the best I've had in any accommodation - noticeably high quality and locally sourced. Mix that all in with beautiful clean rooms and friendly hosts and you have a perfect stay.....

The setting on the little farm was lovely with friendly dogs ducks goats etc. Would definitely recommend for being close to Penryn and Falmouth and the friendly welcome.

Lovely tea and flapjacks on arrival and the breakfast was superb. Another unexpected treat was seeing the local barn owl hunting from our bedroom window. Was very good with the children and let them hold and stroke the animals. Dogs and puppies also very friendly and fun. Nice to arrive to a cream tea. Close to Penryn and interesting places to visit.
