we didnt have a breakfast as we had a very early start the next morning, the room was perfect for what we wanted lots of info inside regarding use of shower / lights etc, We were met within seconds of parking the car , inside we was provided with milk sugar tea and coffee, the room had been left with the heating on so you could literally walk in slip your shoes off and be comfortable. plenty of space for luggage and to hang clothes good sized bathroom all clean and tidy , towels were provided. So peaceful and quiet almost painfully quiet in a very good way!

We stayed with our two daughters (20 & 18) and we all loved our time at the farm house. The beds are very cozy & comfortable. We loved waking up to see the lawn dotted with sheep. The breakfast room is divine & there was plenty of food on offer. John & Sue were very hospitable & we enjoyed so lovely conversations with them. The property is extremely beautiful & very close to town. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for having us.
