Warmly greeted by Manuela and advance correspondence was excellent. Lovely tea on arrival and a walk on the property. We ordered dinner in advance and it did not disappoint, white truffles with gnocchi and lovely roasted potatoes and pork. The appetizer choices were very tasty, especially the ricotta. Lovely county retreat, and breakfast had many choices.

Agriturismo I Muri is a working farm in the Umbrian countryside just outside Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. It offers farming and cookery lessons and a restaurant serving homegrown produce.

Built in 1800, I Muri was once a horse farm that was renovated in 2000. It now offers comfortable rooms and apartments. All have a rustic design with wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The apartments also feature a kitchenette.
