The view from the breakfast place is spectacular, the house is also clean, it is well-equipped, if you want to cook, you can do it easily there is also coffe machine but Montepulciano is also quite close by car, so you can go to restaurants there. The breakfast was good, there are sweeties and salted ones as well. The swimming pool is great and the hosts are kind person. This place is really a relaxing one, you can go here for relaxing.

The room is clean, with great FFE that have a cohesive blend between rustic and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The view, apartment and pool outstanding. The kitchen well equipped, I think I was the first person to make a meal in it. Breakfast was amazing and I picked figs off the tree outside our unit. The staff are friendly, although we didn’t see them often. Evenings were so pleasant, sitting on the deck. The wine and olive oil made on site were both delicious. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus.

The apartments were great with all the equipment you can think of, including washing machine and laundry detergent. The hosts were super nice and accommodating. We stayed for two nights and I wished we had stayed longer. We did the wine tasting onsite, which was a nice experience. We were a family of 6 and the accommodations were very convenient.

We had our own little house overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Gianni and his wife were excellent hosts. As others have said the bottle of wine and basket of breakfast pastries was so thoughtful and appreciated. The house is spotless and very comfortable.

We stayed in a ground unit called apartments, the room looked like Tuscany with exposed beams and brick. Breakfast was very good, with Antonella taking excellent care of all guest. Our friends stayed in the upper rooms and they say the rooms were very happy. This is an Agriturismo, a farmhouse with chickens for fresh eggs. It is located on a dirt road below Montepulciano which was less than a 5 minute drive. Applause to Antonella for making you feel at home

Lovely old furniture and pictures in the apartment in fitting with the age of the property. A farmhouse at one time? The family were so helpful and friendly all the time. Nothing was too much trouble. The views from the swimming pool and breakfast terrace were to die for. The wine the family produced at 5€ a bottle was excellent. We wished we were staying longer.
