It is a very beautiful and quiet place, children and dogs friendly. There is a lot of space outside for children to play and adults to relax, go for a walk or bike around. Our appartment was very spacious with big well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was very tasty and included in the price. We stoped there for three nights at the end of our bicycle tour, and we plan to be back again!

We loved Paulo and Nadia. They are worm welcoming, kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good! Every day we had a different thing, and it was wonderful (and we are vegetarians)! The room was very clean ,and in the perfect size. We had a parking for the car, and the location is good (only 15 minutes drive from sermione)

Amazing experience, great host with excellent recommendations of restaurants nearby, stunning view on vineyards all around, spacious room, a cute farm horse, rabbit, goose and sheep on site which was nice for our kids, the property is gorgeous and their people extremely sympathetic and welcoming. JUST FANTASTIC, we would come back without hesitation!

At the hotel they had a lovely play area for the children, goats and chickens you could feed in a farm area too. The staff were very welcoming and smiley. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

We had a standard two bed and a deluxe two bed, and both apartments were spacious, very clean, well furnished and kitchens well supplied. The staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. The animal farm was a great daily visit for the kids, the pools were refreshing and we relaxed up there each day with views out over the vineyards. All round an excellent base for visiting Lake Garda, Verona and Venice.

The pools were awesome, the right temperature, and equipped with decent shading around. Very high quality construction and lots of automation. Very good air conditioning. Surroundings are super quiet. Hosts were very helpful and kind, breakfast was incredible and served at the table with eggs cooked to your liking and several fruits and produce from the farm or its surroundings. Location is great if you want to visit Verona or Villages around the lake. One of our best stays ever.
