Farm Stays in Vila Franca do Campo

The property consists of 3 villas, within an agricultural farm. Two of the villas have a double room and a mezzanine with 2 single beds, and direct ocean views, while the other has a double bedroom and ocean view from the private terrace. Each units has a kitchen, a living room including a cable TV and a sofa bed.

We liked everything! Very spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable. The owner even provided some buns, coffee pods, ground coffee, tea, vinegar, olive oil, jam. The swimming pool was lovely and the ocean pool was gorgeous! The accommodations were perfect!!

The Lagoa do Fogo is one of the island’s most famous tourist spots. It has lush green surroundings, several hiking trails around it and is one of the largest lagoons in all of the Azores. It is a 30-minute drive from the Ponta Delgada centre, which has a historical city centre, bars cafés and local shops. The unit is 500 metres from a beach area and there is a commercial area just 100 metres away, with a variety of shops.

These pinewood cottages are surrounded by extensive gardens and located 1 km from Vila Franca do Campo. Each cottage has a furnished patio overlooking the gardens and the Atlantic Ocean.

The 1-bedroom cottages at Quinta dos Curubás come with free internet and an LCD TV with cable channels. Each is simply furnished and has beamed ceilings.

I loved that you get your own little house out in the country, but still 5 minutes away from a village with supermarkets and everything you need. The host was amazing too, as they offered to drive us to the supermarket on the first day, when we had not picked up our rented car yet.
