Run by the sweetest family who are very welcoming. The breakfast that you can get for 10€ is absolutely delicious and you can get eggs prepared for you to your liking. Worth all the money. The view from the balcony was beautiful with mountains and the cutest goats. The area is beautiful, and the house is located close to logar valley. A perfect place to spend a few days if you have the chance.

Farmhouse Štiftar is located on the foot of the beautiful mountain Raduha, halfway between the Logarska Valley and the valley Robanov Ko. Bright and spacious rooms offer free Wi-Fi, while a wellness area is available for the guests.

The location is wonderful, close to Logar Valley and Kamnik, with the sounds of a brook in the background to drift you off to (peaceful, as there is very little car traffic in the night) sleep. There's ample parking space, and the kids LOVED the trampoline and sandbox. The host is very kind, cheerful, helpful and efficient, even leaving us homemade cakes each day and being very reliable with the needed info on any hiking trail etc. The local (well stocked) store is a mere 3-minute walk away. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly come again. The small stuff in the "negative" section is really just something making this place "just" five star instead of 5.5* :) (to give context).

The farmstay is at an idyllic mountain location surronded by mountains and forests. It’s very calm and quiet and the only sounds you can hear are the birds singing. I was welcomed by the host who kindly offered a welcome drink and made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. I was the only guest at the time and they made breakfast just for me at a time that suited me. The food was abundant and excellent made of their own products (cured meat - savinjski želodec that was out of this world, elderberry juice, homemade berry jam) and others that were locally sourced (dairy products from the neughbours)… It was really something to look forward to. I would definitely go back and I recommend this to everyone looking for a break from every day life. It’s about 35 minutes away from the beautiful Logar valley, where you can explore, go hiking…

Beautiful views in 360 degrees angle, you can see the high mountains and a very relaxing stream of clear water in the area. We also enjoyed their tasty food and fresh from their farm.

Wonderful to sit on the terrace and enjoy a breakfast overlooking the farm, valley and high mountains. Or a coffee or later in the evening, a beer or glass of wine. So many hikes start directly from the front door. moderate ones and more challenging. . We tell you that you MUST have a dinner at the adjacent family Govc - Vršnik farm. It is the best!

The family running the farm were so accommodating and were so nice. Also, the food was amazing! I read other reviews that mentioned this as well before we booked and they were spot on. I went with my family and my parents totaling 6 people and we were never hungry. The views on the property were stunning and I felt like I could completely relax while there. So glad I found this b&b and I can definitely see us going back!

It might be even a better place than Logarska valley itself ! The farm has wonderfull typical buildings, and particularly the barn which is quite beautifull.... Our hosts were very keen, they offered breakfast far behond our expectations and, last but not least, they make (and sell, which is the important thing) charcuterie which reaches summits ! So, what else ?!

The views are breathtaking and the all experience was like a breath of fresh air. The stuff is lovely and kind, making you feel like home. If you ever asked how heaven might looked like. Well, I definitely think Robanov Kot it's one version of it.

The owners were eager to please and assist in questions. They even set up our COVID Test before coming back to the US. The breakfasts were amazing with 90% of the items home made or produced from their farm or area. Veronica, the owner, is an excellent cook and herbalist and very pleasant.
