We loved the fact that the host & her husband spent some time with us. She took our children to meet the animals on the farm and there was wood for a fire each night. We had a fantastic family weekend.

I couldn't really fault it except it may be a little exposed if the wind blows, but it was fairly calm during our one night stay. Everything is provided for, and it was comfortable without being ostentatious. Keys were left in the house which is a couple of kilos away from the main farm house so it is nice and private.TonyYoung couple

Spacious and well equipped for a great family getaway. Easy, self check in, and Cecilia was on hand if we needed anything. We were slightly early for our check in time, and used the opportunity to pop down to nearby Agulhas, a place we have been meaning to get to for a while now.

Though off the grid, the cottage is simple yet stylish with every amenity one would expect from a farm stay getaway. Plenty of space for my dog to roam and run within sight of the spacious front stoep. Loved it!
