Breakfast - the 'Farmer's breakfast' was pretty poor. Other breakfasts looked very nice however

A comfortable, clean house on a small, quiet street in the very centre of Barnsley. Very close to the train station and interchange, no additional transport is required. The room has all the amenities needed for an overnight stay, including a TV and an individual bathroom. There is also a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare food and drinks. Access to the house is explained in advance, and the rules are clear and aligned with the objectives.

The hotel, Offers great location and Value for Money for night out in the city of Barnsley. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is spotlessly clean staff very friendly and helpful and the beds comfortable. We traveled to Barnsley for a wedding so the fact that it's 2 minutes from the Motorway was good.Also they allowed us to pay an extra £10 for early check in this allowed us to shower and change before going out, and the ironing station really good idea. We didn't eat in the hotel but the menu looked really nice will definitely stay again

Beautiful property on a rural farm location. Close to Thorne / M18 turn off. Very spacious and immaculately clean with all required facilities & some extra treats.

This is a unique rental property on a working farm with view into the cow barn. It's clean and decently equipped and owner/staff are friendly and welcoming

The location was fab! not to far away from everything you need :) stunning little gardens and amazing rooms, absolutely spotless with a new feel but not taking away the rustic looks of the old barns it was, would recommend to anyone! awesome night away and the hosts were amazing and very very helpful! can’t forget the selection of breakfast I was spoilt for choice :) 10/10

Lovely hotel with a rustic barn style. Bed was super comfy and the size of the TV was a nice surprise. Took into account all the requests I made before arriving. Restaurant on site had a great menu and food was yummy, the portions made the slightly expensive price worth it in the end. The spa was bliss and kept clean and not busy.

We liked almost everything at Farm House & Lodge. The surroundings were superb ( beautiful garden), the property was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owners ( Kerry & Richard) were very pleasant, and helpful, without being intrusive. The property was in an ideal location for our visit ( The Yorkshire Wildlife Park ). Really excellent all round.
