What we got was a warm welcome by Sanda and her dogs, her hospitality was amazing all throughout. This place is beautiful and quiet, far better than what the pictures or the price let u suspect and makes for an outstanding experience. Excellent breakfast included.

The unit is soundproofed and is comprised of a parquet floors as well as a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. The location is absolutely gorgeous. In the middle of the mountains in a small village, only 30 min from Heraklion airport. The two-story apartment is the lovingly furnished. A real traditional Greek stone house. Everything you need is there. From the terrace you look at olive trees. From time to time a few goats come by. It is wonderfully quiet. The owner has a farm and provides you with fresh fruit and vegetables. This is in a large basket in the morning in front of the door. Even with fresh bread! There was also homemade jam and pickled tomatoes. It was just great! In the village there is a small good tavern that you can easily reach on foot. Who would like to make vacation away from the tourist crowds is exactly right here.

Nice private tiny house in the middle of the orange farm. 100% recommend to people, who wants to hide and love to be alone. Fanis was a super host. He immediately reacted on every small requests. We could make orange juice for us every morning and had great breakfasts on the terrace which is on the top of the house. Also could use the barbecue grill. Loved to stay here for 3 nights.

The farm stay also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Our experience in Ta Petrina was simply perfect. The apartment is exactly as you see it on the pics, really spacious and beautiful! The bed is really comfortable, and we appreciated the fact that there were two bathrooms. It was also very clean, every two days the cleaning service came to change towels, etc. The place around is like a little paradise, so quite. full of flowers and trees! Not to mention the view from the balcony which was simply stunning!! Stathis was really kind and helpful. At our arrival we found a bottle of wine and many other products that he kindly brought from the local farm, everything was so delicious! Each villa is situated amongst the family’s lush olive groves and vineyards, where you can see the homemade ingredients they use for their olive oil and wine. The traditional houses have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Each has a satellite TV, hairdryer and iron. Guests can enjoy views of the greenery in the furnished private balconies.

Children will enjoy playing in the playground of Therianos Villas. Guests can explore the farm or use the BBQ facilities. Free wired internet is also provided. We travel quite a lot with our family and this accommodation was one of the best we have been to so far. All members of the Theriano family are very nice and friendly, especially Anastasios, with whom we spent a very pleasant time. Villa Zoi is located in the middle of a family farm with animals, away from busy tourist centers, and at the same time with a good starting position for the beach (about 5 km) and trips around the island. The villa is fully equipped and perfectly cleaned. We especially enjoyed eating together on the terrace overlooking the vineyard. Thank you very much for a nice holiday and we look forward to coming back in the future.
