It was clear from the moment of our arrival at Boton d'Oro that we had chosen the right place for our Christmas holiday. Giovanni and the team were extremely hospitable and friendly; also during our stay, they checked multiple times whether everything was alright, or we needed something. We occupied three rooms in total, two double rooms with spa bath, and one superior double room. The two first ones were located in the same cottage, where our breakfast would also be served, and where we would spend time during the evenings by the chimney. The superior double room, was located a few meters further down a path, in a separate cottage. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very warm (a luxury nowadays even in expensive resorts). Every morning the very kind and polite lady (whose name unfortunately we forgot to ask) was greeting us and preparing our breakfast with attention and care. It is hard to not relax and immerse yourself in the peace of this place. The views from Boton d'Oro are stunning; the sun kisses the hill on which the property lies from early in the morning - one could easily spend the entire day admiring the surrounding peaks, or nights admiring the stars and the infinite sky. During our stay we dined several evenings in the restaurant of the farm, where we were utterly satisfied every single time. The politeness of the staff, the quality of the locally sourced ingredients, and the preparation of the dishes were all on point. Our holiday was truly magical, we will think fondly of it for a long time to come, and hopefully we will return there again someday!

The units at the farm stay feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. Units come complete with a private bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, while some units at the farm stay also boast a seating area. At the farm stay, each unit has bed linen and towels. It is very nice and natural place, with extraordinary view from the rooms, where you can see the mountains and and the green view. The suites itself is very clean and new, with nice wooden style and artestic touch. The location is good in terms of it’s approximity from nice natural views, lakes and villages. Lastly and the most important, the owners of the place are really kind, generous and respectful family, they are running the place, they are making amazing italian food that is must to try. We enjoyed their company. Definitely I will come back to this place again.

For breakfast there are fresh products from the farm. Ideal for nature lovers. The host Alessia was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean and all the services were amazing, the room was big with a little garden and a personal space for relaxing while staying in the middle of nature. The staff was amazing, very kind to wait us for the dinner. The food was incredible, beyond my expactations! Congratulation to the team and see you next time!!!
