They are hands-on all the time, and I really can not find one aspect that they could improve on. It's so beautiful, clean, fancy and wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. The waiter Sameer was so kind, accommodating and helpful. The pools and private beach area are gorgeous. A few different restaurants are on site.

The bell attendant was super friendly and supportive, dont remember the name. Overall, staff in this property outstanding. Rooms are spacious than i expected. Roof top pool is average but the staff are welcoming and friendly. Security, Front Office, F&B all of them are with a smile and step forward to assist you. Five star service, thank you.
