Find the five-star hotels that appeal to you the most
Looking for a five-star hotel?
When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
This is by far our favourite place to stay during our travels in India . It hands down beats any 4 or 5 star hotel because of the beautiful hospitality of the family , the genuine welcome into their home and their desire to ensure each guests requests are met . The tantalising home cooked food enjoyed sat with the other guests made enjoyable evenings too.
If you want genuine warmth and Keralan hospitality shown by Divya and her family , then this is definitely the place to stay
My stay at Rhythm Kumarakom was exceptional. The villa, complete with a private plunge pool, was a haven of luxury and serenity. The staff were outstanding, providing attentive and personalized service. The spa facilities were wonderful, offering a truly rejuvenating experience. This place is a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and impeccable hospitality.
The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast, rooms are torn down, service is very poor, staff seems disinterested and unfriendly, average dinner, 5 star charges for a 3 star service
My stay at Brookside was an absolute delight! The resort's exceptional services, facilities, and warm hospitality created a truly unforgettable experience. The array of amenities, including a breathtaking swimming pool, added an extra layer of luxury to my stay. The atmosphere and scenery were serene and rejuvenating.
My wife Leigh and I had a wonderful few days at Mango Kerala Homestay during our honeymoon. Divya, Dilip and their lovely daughters were superb hosts, welcoming, friendly and helpful - a true Homestay experience. The food was so tasty, South Indian, varied and delicious. We did have a meal at the Taj hotel nearby but the food wasn't as good! Our room (with a balcony overlooking the backwaters) and the entire home was clean and such a lovely place to spend time. The family also have a luxury houseboat where we hope to stay next time!
Vishnu, the cook is the best chef in India! Mr Appukuttan, the host is a gracious host. And the boat driver (sorry I am forgetting your name buddy) is superb too.
Great place, very peaceful surroundings. Staff helpful and courteous. Chef personally looks after your requirements and prepares delicious recipes. Chicken stew and idiappam my personal favourites.
The location was awesome water front with comfortable stay clean toilets better than 5 stars in budget if not after pool or spa. Food is good but limited choices. But near by many choices to eat out. Toddy shops etc
The service from the restaurant staff was amazing and Regimon on Reception was outstanding.
A new resort and the staff still finding their way but overall a great experience and in time they will be able to offer a 5 star service.
