I absolutely loved the Heritance Tea Factory. I would go as far as to say that it is one of the best places I have ever stayed, it was a real treat. This hotel is special in so many ways - the building being a converted tea factory; the unique check in - no stress, and so welcoming , including of course a cup of tea; the proposed activities, the quality of the food, the location……….. but most of all the welcoming staff. Everybody had a smile on their face. We did the tea plucking and Jayanthi and Krishnaveni made it a very memorable and unique experience. The cherry on the cake for me was the complimentary birthday cake and staff singing happy birthday to me as I left. It was part of an unforgettable birthday for me. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

Some of the food we really liked (eg banger and mash, leek and potato soup), Our chef woke up at 4am to make us packed breakfast for our 5am hike; and they were kind people to have taken care / make coffee for our driver too. Thank you to the team again.
