All rooms feature air conditioning and heating, plus a Smart TV. The private bathroom includes heated towel rails, bathrobes and luxury toiletries. Some rooms also have a hot tub. Craig, the proprietor, greeted us and gave us a fantastic summary of what we should see in Albany with orientation on a map. Set us up at an excellent restaurant (Lime 303 at Dog Rock) and surprised us with hot tea and delicious scones after our first venture out. (BTW, If you are a golfer, the property is adjacent to Albany Country Club where the public can play quit reasonably.) The breakfast included was excellent. No negatives to this property in our opinion.

The hotel has views to or of the Swan River and guests can enjoy a meal at a choice of restaurants. Room was a good size, and the pillows are very comfy!! Had a wedding on at Sandalford next door, location was very convenient. Reception staff where very friendly. Book in advance! Price is high, but the room was hard to fault.
