Only the fact that this was well-managed and didn’t feel crowded even during the Chinese Spring Festival, which really suggests a top class management. The spa, café and several seats across the facility really lift the place up. The staff were invariably exceptionally polite and efficient, in particular the lady and the spa and a staff called Gina. Compliments!

Eric went above and beyond to help us plan our destinations each day. Hotel is very conveniently situated and offers a great view of the city. Breakfast buffet was good and offered large choice of food with some local specialties. Very much enjoyed staying there.
