A special mention to Quynh and Trunhg in the SkyBar, who went an extra mile to make us feel extremely welcomed the very first night we arrived at the hotel. Our flight was late in the night, which meant that the restaurant facilities would be closed. When we requested if we could get something to eat since we were hungry after the travel, Quynh and Trunhg immediately helped us get some fried rice at the odd hour. We could not thank them enough for this. We loved the breakfast at the restaurant; the spread was out of the world and catered to a lot of tastes. Here, we would like to thank Lan and Nam who gave us special attention throughout, and carefully reviewed our dietary options and recommended the same each time we went there. This is the kind of service that we all want in any hotel. The room at the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained and comes with a beautiful view. We were very comfortable throughout and could not have asked for more.
