Every single staff member was so nice and helpful. Free paddle boards, bikes, filtered water, coffee, tea. Swimming pool wasn’t too busy, great place to relax. We were lucky to have stayed in a room with a balcony, where we spent most evenings.

The hotel is situated almost within Liliuokalani Gardens, which was rated as the most scenic picnic spot on the Big Island by Lonely Planet. Tree frogs sang in the evenings in March and created a summer feel. Ample and free parking on the premise. The steak restaurant has bay views, too, and served large portions.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and cozy. The exceptionally friendly landlord is always available to provide helpful tips on dining and sightseeing. The garden is a well-maintained tropical paradise, and breakfast on the terrace is simply heavenly. Everything is wonderful and invites you to stay longer. Definitely worth a visit!
