Booked pretty blind as stopover on way to safari. Amazing place, we were allocated what was basically an appartment when we were expecting a b and b type of arrangement. The driver for the airport shuttle was on time for picking us up after calling the hotel and it was simple to make arrangements during checkin for the airport shuttle to take my family back to the airport the next morning. The driver was very nice, helped load our bags and was friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival to the hotel with getting our luggage up the stairs and to our room. The food was delicious at dinner and the waiter made good beer and wine suggestions for us. In the dinner menu the chicken schnitzel was very tasty! The waitress at breakfast, Liswae, was so kind and sweet to us during our breakfast service. She truly made us feel like she cared about our happiness, not only for our stay at the hotel but for the rest of our travels. The airport shuttle driver made us laugh when he asked us to bring him back a lion. He even knew which airport terminal we needed to be dropped off at by only telling him which airline we were flying on, even though the GPS gave different directions. And great job to him because after we got into the airport we were right where we needed to go for flight checkin.
