We had been given a different room to the one we had booked, and they immediately sorted it out, found us another, and gave us an upgraded room. When we called room service, our phone was giving issues, so the lady in room Service reported it on her own accord. They immediately came and replaced the phone. Spotless rooms, substantial servings of delicious food, it is the ideal spot in Midrand. We can not commend the staff enough from the Reception to the Room Service, Technical, Security at the gate, Restaurant and Wait Staff they were incredible. The only place we will stay in Midrand from now on.
