The best hotel staff I have ever seen. We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

The rich buffet breakfast includes home-made products. the hotel was amazing . the rooms are so big , clean and comfortable the staff had so kind the breakfast was incredible ! about the location , it is perfect because everything was around us and it is in the city center … I recommend !!

The room with an awesome view to the vineyard nearby, the breakfast was super delicious with homemade bakery and a very tasty omelette. The Villa San Lucchese is an amazing place to rest and is very close to Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and have the very Tuscan atmosphere. The restaurant is a must to try. We stayed there for 3 nights and truly appreciated.
