The hotel is really grand - big posh lobby with big chandeliers! Friendly staff and good concierge service who were happy to help. It’s in a good location but a subway ride from any major sightseeing things or the buzz of the city including restaurants and bars. The subway is easy to navigate though so it’s not a problem really. Room was a good size, quiet and bed was comfy

The room is a bit small. There is no cabinet to store your clothings.

Air conditioning cooled the room well. The shower was nice and the extractor fan worked.

Excellent location! Loved the buzz of the HK street life (I paid extra for the balcony). However: if you are a light sleeper this hotel might be too noisy for you (both street noises and thin walls so neighbors). Very compact rooms and not much space for luggage, in cabinets or bathroom: but you get used to it, and still would say value for money is good as it is so affordable option :) Good housekeeping daily. Also no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases.

Posh vibe. Nice dark mysterious interior. Room looks newly renovated and bright! Has everything you need. Over plush towels, comfy beds, slippers, coffee and tv airplay. Clean! It’s also a great bubble to be in with nice restaurants. Cute coffee place “Lungo” around the corner. And close to causeway bay. Haven’t seen any kids at this hotel, mainly for business.

The host was very helpful, good-humoured and kind and had very good English. When I went to the wrong Tempo Inn, he immediately picked up the phone and helped me. The location was very close to Jordan MTR Station, many 7/11s and a bakery. The room was clean, comfy and simple with lots of storage. A toothbrush and teeny toothpaste was provided as well as shampoo and shower gel :)

The location is excellent, I would stay again for this reason alone. You're beside a well kept park, right next to the tram line, and about 5 minutes from a metro station. There's a 24 hour laundry out back, and a 24 hour McDonald's across the road. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. If you need a base of operations to explore Hong Kong island then look no further. The rooms are also rather spacious for Hong Kong, and they're very clean and well kept with brilliant showers. Super comfy beds as well.
