Small kitchenette and seating area for guests to use. Breakfast was yummy. Location was great, just about 10 mins walk from the centre. Kay was very welcoming and friendly.

There are some basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt, etc. They even left some water bottles for us. Despite being by the road, it's fairly quiet. I'm pretty sensitive to noise, and it wasn't an issue here. The bed is large and comfy, and so are the pillows. There were two towels per person (a big one and a medium one) as well as a small shampoo and gel. Small details that make a difference!

The house was more than well equipped, beds were super comfy and it was lovely having an outside area. We’ve been travelling in a 9 seater van so having a driveway to park in was brilliant! It was a lovely base for us to explore the south of Ireland from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

There is a private car park, and it's super easy to find the hotel. I was on my way to Cork, I stayed only for night, but my experience was very positive.
