I stayed in a tent on the rooftop for 2 nights and it was so much more comfortable than I expected. The tents have a sort of mattress inside and they're very clean and comfortable. I slept better there than I do in many dorms and it felt more private. You could see the stars from the rooftop too. The hostel has free drinking water available and the wifi works well most of the time. It's within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants, cafes, minimarts, etc.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Staff was super friendly and polite and made sure that our stay was comfortable. Prakash and Krishna were of specially great help with everything (recommendations on food, shopping etc). Had excellent conversations with them throughout our vacation. The staff here make the trip amazing. Shout out to all the amazing team in the garden and bar. Nothing is too much trouble, although the long haired fellow in the reception out front is rude! Rooms are basic, but you will mostly be treated like a king if you stay here.

The beds are so comfy and the pressure of the shower very accurate compared to other beach huts. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is shopping just in front of the resort. Also the food was fantastic we decided to dine in at the restaurant and had chicken tikka masala with garlic butter naan which was very delicious and reasonably priced. We would definitely come again the next time we are in Goa.

The staff in the restaurant and at reception are very friendly and helpful. The men in the restaurant were lovely and chatty every day. We stayed in the rooms that face the courtyard walking area, it can get noisy when neighbours return from being out late but nothing too bad! Coco Cabana was really great - just don't stay in Palolem if you don't like late night noise. The breakfast was lovely with the staple options and a new variety each day. There is no television or fridge. However, the room is well built and has very effective air conditioning, so it is fairly comfortable. It is very much like a deluxe camping cabin in a national park in the UK or US. The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. Nice little balconies on the front of each & felt very private due to the trees that have been planted between cabins. It was perfect location, very close to the beach, shops & restaurants. The area was much nicer than Palolem too with just as much going on.
