The beds were comfortable, and air conditioning worked well. Lovely views from the balcony. The host was friendly and helpful. Baveno is a beautiful little place, and you can get boats to all the neighbouring resorts and islands easily. It is a good 10 to 15 minute walk to the apartment up a hill from Baveno, but this wasn't a problem for us.

The room was clean, with air conditioning and large enough for a family of four for a couple of nights. Breakfast was a nice selection of cold items. There was always space to park in the free car park which felt secure as it was locked overnight. It was nice to have direct access to the lake from the hotel’s private gardens.

Super clean and comfortable, bed very comfy, all you need in the kitchen is already there, nice bathroom, high standard. Self-check in possible with the keys in a locker. Manuela is giving clear directions and great recommendations :) We had a super relaxing break! Sunrise at the lake - good view from the balcony as a bonus and a nice garden space.
