All rooms in the resort are equipped with a kettle. Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a bidet and free toiletries, the rooms at Pinthaliya Resort have a TV and air conditioning, and some rooms include a balcony. At the accommodation rooms come with bed linen and towels.

Beautiful property with lots of nature and the sounds of wildlife. We booked a family suite that was very big and spacious and the beds were very big. The staff were very friendly and professional and were always ready to assist us with our inquiries. They kept checking on us and were always asking if we needed anything. The manager was very friendly and went out of his way to satisfy our requests. The resort was only a 30 minute drive from sigiriya rock. You can also book other activities at the hotel like a safari or a local village tour which we enjoyed with the family. The food was good too and the staff prepared the food the way we liked it which was another plus.

A/C rooms with comfy beds and clean toilet. But a little bit far from the main city. Highly recommended for backpackers.

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at this beautiful accommodation. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for the three of us with excellent hot water. The property was really well located to Sigirya and Pidurungala and we took a day trip to Polonnaruwa. The breakfasts were great and there were a number of places to eat a short walk away. Staff were warm and friendly and happy to help with all our requests. The garden felt like a beautiful oasis and retreat after a morning of sightseeing in the sun. Would definitely come back.

The property is very nice and well located near Sigirya Rock. Next to the house, there is a quiet street with a few restaurants. The first night we had dinner in the house, prepared by the owner of the pension: it was typical Sri Lankan food, generous portion and very tasty. The room was big, with air conditioning and clean. The bathroom was also very big. Be aware you’re in the nature, so there might be some insects in the room, but nothing to worry about.

Beautiful tree house near Sigiriya. I loved relaxing on the balcony, and the dinner was delicious! The owner helped me arrange tuktuks as needed and there are a few restaurants within a short walking distance.

Our stay here was amazing, what a amazing view we had for breakfast over the ricefields and sigiriya rock! Breakfast was also delicious and made with love by the owners, who were generally lovely and helfpul. Really recommend this place, the value you get for the price is great, the rooms are simple but comfy and with AC.
