Featuring a garden and views of garden, Hunua Ranges is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Hunua, 38 km from Auckland Botanic Gardens. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I booked last minute and everything was perfect! The farm is really beautiful, its a working farm with all sorts of animals and the hunua ranges at the end of the fields/paddocks. the kind lady even provided me with adhoc dinner as I hadnt eaten all day (flight delay). brekki is "help yourself and clean up after yourself" - i like this down to earth attitude. there's a booklet in the room with all sorts of information like things to do and wifi code aso. bathroom/showers are shared but clean and spacious, and I was the only one there at the time so it felt private. def worth the money!

With free private parking, the property is 33 km from Auckland Botanic Gardens and 42 km from Howick Historical Village. The property is non-smoking and is located 43 km from Mount Smart Stadium. Instructions to get the property were great as it was a tad tricky to find. Cabin was well equipped for a short stay. Its not 5 star but neither are we, Was great being in a rural location.
