We had an incredible stay - the cabin was spacious yet cozy, nestled amidst redwoods and patches of sunlight. Dar was absolutely wonderful, always offering excellent recommendation, and was very accommodating when we decided to extend our stay by another evening. An intimate and beautiful experience, would 100% recommend!

It seems a bit far out of JT and will take ~20-30mins to drive to the main JT park, but once you get there you get peace and quiet. Maybe I hadn't read it properly, the yurt was a complete surprise. The bed was large and very comfy and very spacious inside. We didn't bother cooking on the BBQ, but it was great to build up a fire, drink a beer and chill in the evenings. We had a few cute mice join us by the fire and lucky enough to see a coyote at sun rise. Stay in Yurt 3 - Red door if you can - IMO the best views of the desert.

Palm Springs International Airport is 56 km away. Just the right distance away from everything. Isolated but not too much. Beautiful night sky. Clean, well-kept home, and comfortable. Enjoyed being able to wash our clothes after hiking. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful, while giving us total privacy. We enjoyed the peace and silence in the evening.
