The property is lovely and spacious. The cottage we had was very roomy and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pools and the mini golf. We had plenty of room to play with balls in the open grass areas.

The units are very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely spa in the bathroom. Check in is super easy. I love the bird life that greets you when on your balcony overlooking the lagoon. Very peaceful. Nice pools. Large rooms and good size kitchenette with everything we needed for our stay. Also plenty of room in bathroom. Comfy beds too.

Also loved that there was a tennis court and a nice straight and even paved running route from our room all the way to the three black sheep winery, me and my husband enjoyed a scenic run there and back. Walking distance to the main street of Moama and a short drive to Echuca.The room had everything needed for a short or long stay. The pool area is large and well maintained. lt has a barbecue area for individuals or larger groups. Undercover parking (carport style). Alpacas walking around the grounds.We went there to play golf at Rich River Golf Club which was only about 10 minutes away. Staff are friendly and receptive.Highly recommended.
