This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in Dundee with parking. We chose it as a base for playing golf at Carnoustie and St Andrews. It overlooks the water and has great views to the Tay Bridge. We also caught a couple of stunning sunrises. We were very happy with our choice and would stay there again.

Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable. A good location for accessing the road network away from Dundee to various golf courses.

A great stay in the fab. Boat House. It was really special to have our breakfast on the terrace on the pond as the sun rose. The resort was perfect, with walks, a great restaurant and bar, fishing and a golf course. The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful.

Mainly the price especially as it was whilst the Ladies Open was on at Carnoustie Links Golf Course. The location is right in the centre of town close to all amenities including the railway station.
