The location is amazing, with its beautiful mountains and sea view. Sitting by the pool or at the outdoors dining area, surrounded by that scenery, was for me the definition of a relaxing vacation. As for the rooms, they were very spacious with big bathrooms that felt very luxurious. But above all else, what I liked most about this hotel was the staff. My fiancée and I had a problem with the car and the rental company during our stay, which would’ve definitely ruined our trip had we stayed somewhere else. But the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Anna, Maria and Veronica. They were empathetic and very kind, and helped sort things out with the rental company, while reassuring us that everything will be all right. They put us at ease when we needed it most, and after it all got sorted out, they gave us some great information on some scenic road trips and beautiful beaches that really made this a perfect and memorable vacation.

Very good location, just 5 min away from the beach. Also turned out to be one of the most wind-protected beaches, so it works perfectly even during elsewhere windy days. The apartment is spacious. The beds are very comfortable. AC in all room. The kitchen properly equipped for self catering,though that would be a pity if I consider the super good restaurants/tavernas within walking distance. Despite the narrow street, we had plenty of space for parking the car in the yard. Beautiful outside terrace, but we didn't have the chance to try it. The hosts are just lovely!! despite living in the same yard they are extremely discreet and always interested to make us feel comfortable. Excellent location 20 min away from Heraklion airport,not to be missed if you find it available!

We arrived at the hotel at 9am and the room was ready. Danae was waiting for us. Danae have been amazing and have seen her caring for the place and the need to give excellent service. We were surprised that the room was as in the picture. Stunning. 2-room apartment, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The public area and pool were clean as if the place had just opened. Everything looks new. We got everything we asked for with a smile. excellent service. Danae is on site throughout the day. The place is quiet and is a 5 minute drive from the city of Hersonissos. Walking distance to the beach. The fridge has eggs, bread, milk, cheese, yellow cheese. Coffee maker, washing machine, stove and everything you need.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the receptionists, especially Krystalli were amazing! From helping to book last minute places for sunbeds at the beach club for hotel guests to booking our excursions I always felt I could go to her with any request and she'd greet us with a big smile. The buffet breakfast and sinner was amazing and a huge selection from appetizers to desserts with lots of options. George the maitre d' had a few nice welcoming words to all the guest and made us feel at home. The animation team headed by Adriana did a fantastic job of making sure the guests have a wide variety of activities to chose from and came up with alternative entertainment ideas like fun quizzes during the no music lockdown policy. Can't wait to come back here, thank you!
