JW Marriott Mauritius - wow! This place was pure paradise. Right on the beach with epic Le Morne mountain views, the location couldn't be beat. The pool was superb for chilling or to do long swims. The food was fenomenal, brilliant buffet and restaurant options. But the real stars were the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Kevin Burun and Dallini who above and beyond to make sure we had the best time ever. Absolute legends! Overall, amazing stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a luxurious Mauritius getaway!

The property is extremely beautiful, unique , everything is in white with a French influence , calm and tranquil. The grounds are big and you will never get bored exploring and walking .too many activities to do. The spa is excellent. Every restaurant in the hotel provided an excellent service with amazing food everywhere with great varieties . The rooms are beautiful , clean and big . The staff service is outstanding , very caring and accommodating, we were had an issue with a dinning reservation system as we have arrived late , and the reception staff and Marjorie handled it extremely professionally , gently and kindly and they went the extra mile to accommodate us. This gesture made our stay memorable at heritage. Literally every hotel staff are very attentive , smiling and welling to help with any need you have. We surely will come Back as heritage is one of our favorite in Maurituis after staying in different hotels.

Everything was perfect and there were many activities to do in a little time. It’s such a huge resort and you need to walk back and forth to book any stuff you want to do. Make sure you plan your day well from the time you arrive including the complimentary back massage, it’s totally worth it! There are varied options in the restaurants so you get to enjoy and get your money’s worth on food and drinks too. Once you’re inside, you will never want to go out ;) Total relaxation from the bed and everything on the services of the staff. Melanie has upgraded us to sea view, thank you! Keeshnee from the reception has kindly given a late check-out which allowed us to spend more time in the sun since it rained for few days during our stay. It was tranquil end of our holiday before going back to work and chaos of busy city. Thanks to all, hope to go back one day!

Especially compared to other places in Mauritius. But it comes with a bubble bath on the verandah, so you can cool down and enjoy the view at the same time. The road to the studio was re-done after a cyclone in 2024, so no problems getting there. And if you need anything, the host is the kindest woman we met in Mauritius and very helpful.

Watersports team is excellent, a plethora of colorful fish are visible by snorkelling or in the glass-bottomed boat - all for free. Our room was nice, very short distance to the beach, the pools, the restaurants, etc. The 18-hole Golf Course is beautiful also they have at the peninsula a nautical area where you can do different activities such as windsurf, sailing, wakeboard, kayak, etc. all included.
