The manager was so helpful and organised a day cruise and a lo bus to Ninh Binh. The hotel was clean and breakfast was included in the rate. The hotel is close to where the cruises depart and we were driven in a golf buggy to the boat. The room was air conditioned and had a small balcony with a door.

We took the 2-nights cruise and got to visit a few caves by kayaking, a village in Cat Ba island by golf cart and a tiny fishing village/station by kayaking. We appreciated that the dinner menu was different for each 2 nights. Make sure to not overeat at lunchtime as the dinner had a fixed 6-course menu! We were well fed for sure.
