The hotel is beautiful! So many facilities, beautiful landscapes, amazing at night. We enjoyed our days just being around the hotel. The residences 2br flats were amazing for a family of 4. Beautiful interiors, could cook if you wanted to with plenty of kitchen gear. The staff are off the scale. They are friendly, helpful, genuine. They really watched out for my children and made sure our stay was always enjoyable. Special shout outs to The Residences staff (Finn, Chien, breakfast and housekeeping staff) and Cove/pool staff and lifeguards. The pools are beautiful, kids found the kids club was interesting (although a lot of activities require payment), plenty of food options (albeit quite expensive), several gyms and wellness areas to pick from. One of the best facial treatments I’ve ever had in Downtime Remew spa. Yoga and meditation among other activities available. Close enough to HoiAn. The kids loved taking the Golf buggies all over the hotel and the concierge staff were really attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vinpearl Resort Nam Hoi. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-designed. The outside pool is enormous and has a separate area for kids. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options! For toddlers and kids, there is an indoor and outdoor playing area with slides, swings, and lots of toys. But most importantly, the staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful. From Hong Linh and the the other waiters and waitresses at breakfast to the entire reception, cleaning, and room service staff, we were always greeted by everyone with a smile and helped with any question we had! This really made us enjoy a wonderful holiday. Overall, we had an excellent stay and hope to come back soon!
