They explained everything for us and let’s be part of the whole activities besides the nice gift for my wife’s birthday. yoga and stretching classes were amazing as well.

The Hotel offers 2 swimming pools for adults, 2 for children, a children's splash pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a small fitness room, a supermarket, a play area and a children's mini-club, activities for adults, a snack-bar, a meeting room, wellness ( €), tennis court and 4 paddle tennis courts (€) Lovely place, really nice and helpful staff, they have everything what you need! Breakfast and buffet dinner is worth for the price, good and wide selection. there’s always parking spot. we had a wonderful time, happily recommend this place for everyone in all ages!

Hotel Botanico y Oriental Spa Garden offers 3 outdoor pools and luxurious accommodation set in attractive gardens, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide. Free unlimited spa access is included for all guests over 16 years old. This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property. Almost everything: the entire complex is extremely well built, each villa with its own parking spot in the underground and elevator carrying you to the room, the transportation inside the room is done by shuttle or buggy and they come reasonably on time. The room was practically new, one of the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed on (and I’ve seen a few, believe me). The interior design is ArchDaily level, the rooms are super spacious, everything is very clean, cosy and luminous. Our view was spectacular.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Fantastico is a recently renovated apartment located in Puerto de la Cruz, 500 metres from Playa Jardin. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Helmut and Irina were very communicative and helpful from the moment our booking was confirmed. The apartment is very well furnished with anything a vacationer might need and more. The location is very convenient as well. It is very close to Playa Jardin and Plaza del Charco.

Set in a luxurious complex, this property is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Beautiful spot. Attentive staff. Amazing kids camp!

The hotel can organise excursions, including green fees for Costa Adeje Golf Course, located less than 1 km away. Car rental service can also be arranged at the property. A free shuttle service to Plaza del Duque Shopping centre is provided twice a day. Tenerife South Airport can be reached by car in 25 minutes. The villa was found super clean and organised every single day. The rooms were very big, air condition was very good, all facilities in the room were looking like brand new. The breakfast was amazing and so were the restaurants inside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We have used both pools and both were very clean and organised too. Outside parking and also underground free parking was available as we have rented a car. Overall this was an amazing hotel and definitely highly recommended and surely we will be back.

The Siesta’s spacious suites have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a private terrace and solarium. There are 2 flat-screen TVs in each suite, as well as a DVD player and free private computer. They also include a dressing room and a living room/kitchen with a dishwasher. You will receive fresh bread every morning. This is the second time we have visited Gran Canaria and the second time we stayed at Siesta Suites and it will be the only place we stay when we come back. The complex is perfect for relaxation, privacy and comfort. The facilities for a relatively small complex are fantastic however, the staff are exceptional! Nothing was a problem, they help me arrange a special breakfast for my husbands birthday as a surprise, they went way above and beyond what I have experienced before. They really do look after you and care about you having a greta holiday. Angela is the ultimate host... so helpful, friendly and cares about her guests. The location is just perfect to get away from hustle and busy tourist spots but easy to get into Meloneras for great restaurants and shopping and Playa del Ingles for nightlife. Can't recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back! My sister came this time with us and it was her first time and she will return with a friend.
