This was our second time here. Now with two children. House is well equipped, good WiFi, very clean and safe environment for children. Rental car is a must for us, but there were couple very good resaurants close by.

First of all, this apartment is something really luxury. Super clean, nicely decorated, new furnitures, nice small gestures, like sun umbrella you can use on the beach, etc. The location is super, you can easily find a parking spot nearby, the beach is close, some shops and restaurants are also very close. I think the buildung itself was originally a hotel, and they sold some apartments. so now most of the rooms are run by a hotel, and some of the apartments are for rent by private owners as our host. It makes the services even better: you use the super clean and nice swimming pool as the hotel guests, you can use the pool bar, table tennis, etc... the furnitures, sunbeds are also new at the pool. what we liked the most is the terrace: big enough, sunshine from 10.00-17.00... I had the feeling that the hosts really care about the customers, and wanted us to enjoy the stay there, which we did :)

A lovely lady called Noelia met me to handover the keys and show me the apartment. She was really helpful with information for my stay. The flat looks like the photos, it's really clean and modern and has all you need. The gym and pool are a nice addition. Although it is not central and is a little walk into town it's really not far at all to the main beach in Las Palmas. There are supermarkets nearby and a big shopping mall. I was travelling alone and working from the flat and I felt safe and wifi worked well too.

The host Gerard was amazing and was very helpful with all aspects of the stay, things to do etc. Rachy who was the hosts contact looked after us on site. We could not of wished for a better stay.
