This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

What a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation - we simply loved it! Tastefully decorated apartment with comfortable beds - felt more like a home than a hotel, but with the luxury of a daily housekeeping that pleasantly surprised us by also loading and unloading the dishwasher! The views are breathtaking - the ocean, La Gomera, the sunsets, the beautifully designed Abama golf course and basically everything within the resort is so pretty and well designed. Loved the infinity pool and the tranquility of the area, there were always enough sunbeds and not too many people around. Towels available at the pool and the lifeguard is really service minded and assists with umbrellas etc. We also loved playing the golf course and the paddle court and there is a beautiful small beach close by. This is now my favourite place in Tenerife!

The host is extremely helpful and friendly. The communication with him was easy and fast. Our apartment had everything for a perfect stay (especially if you stay there for longer time) and was really clean. The location is great - close to the picturesque Playa Jardin and Loro Park as well as to the city center.

Offering an outdoor pool and views of the sea, Las Terrazas de Abama Suites is situated within the Abama Golf Course, and features stunning views of La Gomera and the Teide Volcano. Very spacious and modern rooms. The pool is just the right size. Lovely view over the sea.

They go above and beyond to meet your needs. Always helpful if you have any issues or ideas. It is perfect for families as the villas offer a lot of space. The hotel is always ready to provide attractions to kids and others. Location was quiet and we did not hear any noises. Beds were super comfortable. Free underground parking. The reception service is always there to help you. Technicians and cleaning staff are also very friendly and ready help. Genuinely all of the staff has the attitude to help you to feel as comfortable as possible. The views from villa are astonishing. Always take the one with pool or jacuzzi. There was nothing better than after long day of sun you could take a jacuzzi or swimm in your pool. If you plan to cook for kids or yourself the kitchen is there but it has limited kitchen utensils - just the basics. We cooked for about son a bit.

Very nice and clean apartment. It couldn't be better. 5 min walk to the beach with a nice cafe and sunrises. Also a long walking path along the ocean. Perfect location.

The photos are true to life! The renovation has been done to a very high standard with modern decor and everything comfortable, fresh and clean. Bathroom with double showers is a plus. 2 air conditioners for heating, cooling and drying and a very well equipped kitchen. Super fast free wifi, streaming services, game console, fast charging outlets and multiple speakers throughout the apartment. The balcony/terrace is awesome with a sea view. Sunny in the morning and shade in the evening. To the coastal boardwalk is a couple of minutes walk and is newly extended into a 5 km return walk route There are very good restaurants very close walking distance and several a little further. We would definitely stay here again so can highly recommend a stay at Casa Palmu!

Away from the hustle and crowds of downtown, but beaches and excitement just a few minute drive away. Short walking distance to grocery store and a bunch of restaurants! Excellent HEATED pool that our 4 young kids could not get enough of, complete with a reasonably-priced pool side snack bar/restaurant. The sea is just a short walk down the hill near some restaurants, but caution this is not a sandy, “playa”. The apartment had everything we needed. It has a nice balcony with a nice view of the pool. We had a maintenance issue on our first night, and a fan in a bedroom stopped working. And within a couple of hours the host had the issue repaired and even showed up with a brand new electric fan to ensure we were comfortable. Superb service!
