We used it as a base for two nights and explored Tollymore Forest which is stunning.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, White Rocks beach and the Skerries, Albany Lodge is situated in the centre of Portrush, close to the bustling harbour, restaurants and nightlife. It is a 15-minute drive from Giant's Causeway and within 5 minutes’ walk of 2 Blue Flag beaches, and the world-renowned Royal Portrush Golf Course. The owners/staff were incredibly kind and helpful in suggesting sites in the area to visit. The food was excellent as was the service - I loved the Irish breakfast and table setting, and our room was lovely! It was large and looked out over the sea, and the large soaking tub (with jets!) was an added bonus to the comfort the room offered.
