Good price considering the size and amenities there. Location is pretty good with access to Pula and Nora beach, but kind of need a bike or car to go comfortably esp. in >30 Celsius. Host had good communication. Overall all the amenities were great as there is nearly everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, washer, drying racks, cleaning supplies, beach umbrellas, etc. , etc. Front Balcony is great for chilling and is where we ate breakfast and such.

Guests can benefit from a patio and an outdoor fireplace. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.3 km from Simius Beach. We loved the location, it’s a short walk to the beach (although it can be a bit steep on the path). It’s step free if you have a buggy, but be prepared to push uphill on way back from the beach! We also thought this was the best beach for the local area. Sandy and clean. I personally loved the bedsheets: soft, light and such comfy beds and pillows. We could sit outside in the evening and eat as a family - the property is well equipped for cooking and dining together. It’s so quiet at night and it felt very safe. If the kids had been older I’d have been very comfortable for them to walk unaccompanied to the beach (our are just too young at under 12). Easy parking and if you’ve been to the beach, you can come in to the property via the upstairs garden and use the outdoor shower. Hosts were wonderful.

You can play tennis at the property, and the area is popular for golfing. Olbia is 25 km from Casa Francesca Puntaldia, while Posada is 29 km away. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including windsurfing and diving. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 23 km from the property. Location & view of port. Great facilities within the apartment and pool area was pristine and relaxing. Access to shops & restaurants and lovely port area. Property management staff very professional.

We weren’t exactly sure what to expect when we booked? But we were pleasantly surprised to find we were staying in a private apartment equipped with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and outdoor deck with an incredible view. The bathroom and shower were also extremely nice. The apartment-style room felt private, but also part of a little mini-town that makes up the hotel. It truly resembles the type of Mediterranean hillside towns you see on postcards. While we did not spent much time on the hotel’s beach, it looked very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location that it suitable to travel to other areas on the Emerald Coast or other parts of Northern Sardinia. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided recommendations for restaurants in the immediate area. Overall we found our short stay better than expected and we wished we had booked a longer stay.
