She helped us enormously to coordinate with the extremely unfavourable flight schedule (early morning arrival and departure).

The 4-star superior hotel features air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV, a minibar and balcony. Most of them offer lake view and some have a spa bath. Everything was spectacular. The staff was kind and polite. Food was perfect. Environment was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The room was big, clean, comfortable, renovated. We got a breath taking view. The place was very calm, no loud noises, perfect for relaxing. Over all, perfect hotel. Definitely recommend. Will come back.
