We had missed the free shuttle transfer from Odawara and had to take the local bus but they offered to pick us up from the bus station as it was a hilly 10 minute walk with heavy suitcases

The hotel was very fancy, clean and with great facilites. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.
