It's been such an amazing experience staying in Riad Chocolat. Staff are exceptional, exceptional, exceptional! They catered to all my needs with so much care. Breakfast was made with passion and served with love. I enjoyed every bit of my stay in Riad Chocolat. The room is very clean and comfortable and I love the exquisite decor in every section of the Riad, including the rooftop. They also helped me book tours and gave me great tips to explore Marrakech. Location is very good and convenient. They have luggage storage facility which was a big plus for me while I was away touring other parts of Morocco. Everything was just perfect! Special thanks to Dominique and for sure, very highly recommended.

Each air-conditioned suite has a seating area and free Wi-Fi access. All the suites have views of the patio and a private bathroom with tadelakt walls. If we could have scored an 11, we would have. Arriving late at night Omar came and picked us up from the nearest place. They arranged a transfer for us and it was all very smooth. When you come in from the busy medina you walk into a sactionary right in the heart of the town. Very quiet, lovely atmoshere, lovely smell (the oil the heat up makes the whole place smell delicious without being over the top). The service from Omar and Sana was well above and beyond duty. Nothing is too much, there is always time for a friendly chat and big smiles. Sana cooked dinner for us two times and the restaurants in town have to be jealous that they dont have her as a chef. We loved our week in the Riad. Thank you so much Omar and Sana for making our stay excellent! Highly recommended!

The apartment is lovely and in a peaceful location, but just a short walk in to the centre along the beach. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We couldn't have been happier. We decided to get a taxi back to Marrakech, instead of the bus, and the host got us a great deal.

The overall standard of the house and the gated neighborhood was excellent. Within a 5-minute walk, guests can access a golf course and wake park. Quality of air in this area is much better than what you can find the city center. The air conditioning functions effectively, ensuring comfortable temperatures, and the availability of heated water (not that common in Morocco) contributes to a pleasant stay. The bathrooms are of decent quality. The beds and particularly the sofa are exceptionally comfortable. Both the balcony and the garden provide wonderful spaces to socialize with friends. Additionally, the host offers delicious meals for an extra charge. Furthermore, the individual responsible for guest services exhibited exceptional kindness and hospitality.

Quiet and a little out of the centre, which was great to retreat to after a busy day of wandering the souks and sites of the city. Easy to get around with the InDrive taxi app (local Uber) with agreed prices so no haggling with taxi cabs. Also easy to order restaurant food or groceries with the Glovo app. Mayssa and Issam were great hosts - very helpful and informative (introducing us to the apps above as well, which were a great time saver!).

Our stay at the villa was simply fantastic! We were a group of 6 friends and found in Abdou and his wife not only warm hosts but also true friends. Abdou was more than a landlord; he was there for us around the clock, from picking us up at the airport to arranging a car rental at a great price and providing valuable tips for our adventure in Marrakech. The villa itself exceeded all our expectations. Fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and iron, we lacked nothing. The location in a guarded new-build village gave us a sense of security, and the outdoor facilities with a modern and clean pool were simply fantastic. Each room had its own bathroom and dressing room, making our stay even more comfortable. We can only warmly recommend this villa and are already considering returning there soon. Many thanks to Abdou and his team for an unforgettable experience! A small note for future guests: The villa is located in a burgeoning new-build area where construction activities are still taking place. Therefore, there may be a bit more noise in the early morning hours. However, this is a temporary situation and is beyond Abdou's control. Nevertheless, this did not affect our stay, and we enjoyed every minute in this wonderful villa. Once again, many thanks to Abdou and his team for their warm hospitality!
