Nice personnel, super humble, dedicated to the comfort and service of guests, very helpful and available at anytime for you. I loved their professionalism and their good personalities . The breakfast was good at the restaurant part of the hotel. It has everything we needed and I liked a lot the Dutch touch of the saloon, It's very rustical and fancy. The location of the hotel is also not Bad: 5 minutes with car to the center, and max 10 minutes with direct and frequent bus from the hotel. The room was so comfortable, cozy, the common areas were clean

De Zuid-Limburgse Golf- en Countryclub is 5 minutes away by car. Spotlessly clean. Brilliant, polite courteous staff and that includes every single member of staff that we encountered Our room was upgraded and we were so grateful. Beautiful breakfast. Highly recommended and we will return again definitely. We loved the Christmas decorations and Nativity scenes. Thank you.

Breakfast is offered in the breakfast room. Very friendly owners. Nice apartment for two in a nice village called Epen. In the middle of the Diutch mountains.

Hotel De Maasparel Arcen is a 4-star hotel in centre of the historical town Arcen. There is a restaurant with 2 outside terraces. Venlo is 10 km away.

The renewed hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access and soundproof windows for a quiet sleep. Each room also has a seating area and a modern bathroom. Hotel De Maasparel Arcen has 3 types of theme rooms, inspired by the surrounding area. Guests can spend the night in the Hertog Jan room for example. We were two couples, upstairs in modern rooms (22 and 23). Rooms were very attractive and thank goodness for airco, as it was toasty. Only drawback was the lovely beams were head level in some cases, so tall people beware. The outside space out back was particularly lovely and location in town and steps away from the water (which you can't see from older side) was perfect. We had dinner there too and it was really good and, just as important, the staff was extremely friendly. Great breakfast too!

Golf course 'De Herkenbosche' is 5 km from the hotel. Designer Outlet shopping center in Roermond is 20-minutes away. What is not to like about this place. It’s fabulous. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, amazing food and a wonderful location.
