The kitchen accommodated our simple breakfast and dinner needs and the lovely touches of fresh fruit, wine, etc. were delightful. The proximity to restaurants and beaches was terrific. The bedroom was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Private exterior area was terrific for enjoying an outdoor coffee in morning and glass of wine in evening.

Ancão Gardens is a private residential area located in the beautiful Ancão Village Resort, offering 13 luxurious villas for holiday rentals. There are 12 three-bedroom villas, each equipped with modern amenities and access to a shared pool. In addition, there is one four-bedroom villa with a private pool for guests who seek a more exclusive experience. Excellent location and facilities. We had a big group and wanted to rent a villa, the biggest plus was that it was run like a hotel with house keeping as well as concierge to support. It was a very quiet location and close to the beach so we got good night sleep (also thanks to the AC) after a fun filled day.

The property owner was extremely nice and accommodating. The little pool was nice to sit by as well. Quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend bicycles or scooter if you aren't renting a car as it's a little ways to get around town.
