The property is non-smoking and is located 1.5 km from Ulua Beach. Tiki Tiki flat was perfect at all levels, CLEAN and COSY in a perfect location on Maui. Mark and Kate have been full of our attention and very reactive. It’s by far the best housing option to feel home in the island as opposed to highly expensive resorts in the area. Wailea Beach Villas boast an ideal location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Endless area attractions and activities, including snorkelling, surfing and boating are only moments away. Top-rated golf courses along with scenic hiking trails and charming shops are also nearby. We stayed in a villa which was spacious and had a full, beautiful kitchen, plus a high quality grill available on the lanai. The hosts provided all the home conveniences our family of four would need. Linens/towels/toiletries. Washer/dryer in unit was wonderful.

Maui Nui Botanical Gardens is a 20-minute drive from Maui Sunset Rentals. Elleair Maui Golf Club is 1.7 miles from the property. Very nice.close to the Beach. Very well maintained parc and building.

Kaanapali Golf Course Tournament North is 4 km from Aston at Papakea Resort. Kapalua-West Maui Airport is 5 minutes' drive away. The hotel is close to lots of eating places and a grocery store so it’s very convenient for food. Just around the corner from the hotel is a little place called Papi’s Ohana which make the best cinnamon buns - if you go early they are hot and fresh out of the oven. We loved the fact that each room had a kitchen and laundry. Some beds were comfortable and others weren’t. We rented four different rooms and each room is apparently owned by different people so that’s the reason for the differences in bed comfort in each place. We all loved the fact that this place felt like it was very welcoming, it had more of a community feel than hotels usually do. The pool wasn’t huge but big enough for us and the hot tub was pretty big. They had putting greens for everyone to enjoy as a well as other games you could play around the property. Overall we really liked this place and would definitely come back again.

The Shops at Wailea are 1.7 miles away. The resort is 2.5 miles from Wailea Blue Golf Course. The Kihei Airport is 10 miles away from Aston Maui Hill. Great friendly staff, clean resort and condo, spacious and in a great location with good free parking

Top-rated golf courses, nature paths, and endless recreational activities can be found only moments from the hotel's front doors. The Shops at Wailea Mall is adjacent to the property. We had an ocean front room which was amazing. The view was totally worth the price, watching the whales and the sunset each day. The pool also had great views of the ocean and the pool bar was close by. We arrived early in the morning which was 6 hours before check in time, but we were able to use the hotel facilities including their 'arrival lounge' which meant we could shower and safely lock our belongings away. There is a shopping centre which is a 5 minute walk away, including a supermarket which was handy to have that served simple meals if you didn't feel like hotel restaurant food the whole time. I will definitely be coming back!

The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa is a short 10-minute walk to Whaler’s Village, which features shopping and restaurants. The Ka’anapali Golf Course is adjacent to the resort. Guests can also go snorkeling at the base of Black Rock. Great staff free upgrade to ocean view for our honeymoon!
