Tiki Tiki flat was perfect at all levels, CLEAN and COSY in a perfect location on Maui. Mark and Kate have been full of our attention and very reactive. Honokowai Beach Park and the Farmers Market Maui is 15 minutes' walk from Aston at Papakea Resort. Spacious suites feature kitchen facilities and the property is located on the private 13-acres. The hotel is close to lots of eating places and a grocery store so it’s very convenient for food. Just around the corner from the hotel is a little place called Papi’s Ohana which make the best cinnamon buns - if you go early they are hot and fresh out of the oven. We loved the fact that each room had a kitchen and laundry. Some beds were comfortable and others weren’t. We rented four different rooms and each room is apparently owned by different people so that’s the reason for the differences in bed comfort in each place. We all loved the fact that this place felt like it was very welcoming, it had more of a community feel than hotels usually do. The pool wasn’t huge but big enough for us and the hot tub was pretty big. They had putting greens for everyone to enjoy as a well as other games you could play around the property. Overall we really liked this place and would definitely come back again.

We had an ocean front room which was amazing. The view was totally worth the price, watching the whales and the sunset each day. The pool also had great views of the ocean and the pool bar was close by. We arrived early in the morning which was 6 hours before check in time, but we were able to use the hotel facilities including their 'arrival lounge' which meant we could shower and safely lock our belongings away. There is a shopping centre which is a 5 minute walk away, including a supermarket which was handy to have that served simple meals if you didn't feel like hotel restaurant food the whole time. I will definitely be coming back!
