House is a short walk or ride away from the city centre. You have to cross the river to get there. If you are brave enough with a small car and stream is small, then it's ok to go there with a car. Big cars crossed the river without any hesitation. We left the car by the information centre and walked to the house. House is big, old type, it has its own charm. The biggest pluss is the owners, especially Rosa, the Mom of the house. She makes great food and takes care of you in any moment necessary. Prices are really reasonable. Definitely eat here and not in the centre of the city. House food was delicious, and wine was amazing. The room was good, but really cold, but blankets are big and cozy. It was warm to sleep there. Water in the shower was boiling hot. Views from the house is breathtaking. Also, the house is close to some popular hiking trails. Great place for hikers to meet. Common/dinner room is a great place to meet new people and spend cosy evenings with owners and other travellers. 100% recommended to stay here. If I come back to Theth I will stay here again! Loved it!

Perfect stay! Although there is 1 km off road, I think normal car can manage, but 4x4 is better for this district anyway, the place is beautiful to stay. Host speaks perfectly English. There is a restaurant where you can grab a very good meal for dissent price. The place is a good point to start a trekking to a blue eye and waterfall even with kids :).

Everything was amazing, the location, the food, the place and the family that runs it, very lovely people and very helpful. The place is clean and quiet with a wonderful view of the mountains, 20 minute walk to the center and the entrance to the park, the food is very good and plenty. Will definitely come back again !!!

We arrived from our hike from Valbona late but they still managed to cook us an (excellent and highly recommended!) dinner. The meals are wonderful, delicious and heartwarming homemade food keeps arriving at the table. Cosy and clean beds, beautiful views of the church. We loved it!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, located in a striking landscape, surrounded by nothing but nature and mountains. The tasty homemade food was definitely as outstanding as the surroundings. They helped book a private transport back to Shkoder with a very safe driver. We absolutely love our stay here. We totally recommend this guesthouse.
