Extremely nice property. Everything was perfect. Super clean place. Great breakfast. The views on the gorge, the valley and Garni temple from the backyard balcony were fantastic. There is an onsite restaurant where you can eat. Lot's of fruit trees (apples, peaches, plums, etc.) in the beautiful and calm backyard.

Everything was really good ! In room you can find everything what you need. Is there a cooker, dishes, washing machine and other stuff. Garni is small city (village?) so everything is near the house. And the main thing- the owner. He is super friendly and helpful! he offered us a ride by car several times and he was really helpful. He gave us apples from his garden. I really recommend to stay here !

I was welcomed and felt comfortable as a solo traveler. I ate very well, breakfast and dinner was available too. Delicious cooking and many ingredients from the fabulous garden. The hostess is delightful and her son as well, he speaks English which helped a lot. It was nice to be out of the big city but easy to get there on a marshrutka or taxi. The symphony of stones are beautiful, and so is the Garni temple. I stayed for a week. The room had a comfortable sofa, a table good for writing or coffee table, a lock on the door, and two good beds. The shower works well.

Everything was incredible. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, warm and friendly, and shared many stories of their country and Armenian heritage. The property has all the feels of a relaxing getaway, complete with a charming home, an orchard, where you can harvest fruit, and plenty of outdoor areas to simply spend your leisure time. The hosts’ have two friendly pets, who made the stay feel even more homely. We recommend dining here, too, as the meals are incredibly delicious. We wished to have stayed longer.
