Fantastic guesthouse within short walking distance to city center. Varuzhan was extremely hospital and extremely knowledgeable about Armenia. Very comfortable bed and bedroom. Facilities are very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again. FYI, there was no sign and addresses are poorly labeled so very helpful if you can message the host for help upon arrival.

A very nice family runs this guesthouse and made us feel very welcomed! The room and bathroom were very clean. Only 10 minutes walking to the center of Gyumri and there’s an excellent local restaurant nearby. We appreciated the coffee and fresh apricots on arrival! Great place with super sweet hosts! It is a room inside a cute house, and the family is very welcoming. The place is also very quiet at night and the neighbourhood I's in a great location (between the centre & the train station) It can be a little noisy in the morning as there is a small child (who is also super cute!), but if you wake up somewhat early, too, then it's not a worry. Overall, absolutely great place and I highly recommend!!

This was the best stay in Gyumri! The accomodation was in a great location and the room had lots of creative and thoughtful features such as a small fridge, very warm/cosy, a comfortable bed, fast internet and electronic hanging candles that were activated by a wand! There was even lemon water and chocolates in our room when we arrived. A lovely touch! The kitchen was great to use and the host was incredibly lovely and helpful during our stay. Great value for money!
