Wifi was good, the laundry service was cheap. I hadn't meant to stay in Vanadzor at all but I got stuck in the rain while hiking. I just needed to find a place to stay, wasn't expecting much, but this place was nice enough I stayed an extra day to get some rest.

It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! The place has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and the dining room is adorably decorated. We were very happy to have stayed at this beautiful place. 100% recommendable!

If you are looking for experiencing the real warm hospitaly of Armenia, there’s not a better place. After many years of travelling, this is the best guesthouse we’ve ever been. The host is very friendly and helpful. He offered to pick me up from the bus station and he brought me there, after having arranged a minibus transfer for me. The room is comfortable and the shared kitchen has all you need to settle in and from the terrace the views of the mountains are wonderful. It is within walking distance to the centre of town. Gayane is a wonderful and helpful host.

My room was large enough, had great shower and confortable bed. I could even sleep in an almost dark environment thanks to a good curtain (not common at all in guesthouses in Armenia). Last, buffet breakfast was very good.
